All kallayoo pieces are carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

Processing TimeOrders are processed within 2–5 business days. As each item is handmade or one-of-a-kind, preparation times may vary slightly.

Shipping
We ship from the Netherlands. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected delivery method.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Responsibility
kallayoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
