Returns & Refunds

At kallayoo, each piece is created as a one-of-a-kind object or in very limited quantities. Natural variations, imperfections, and signs of age are part of the design and character of each item.

In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once used.

Please note that differences in color, texture, or details are not considered defects, but a natural result of the handmade, vintage, or upcycled nature of each piece.

Custom-made, personalized, and one-of-a-kind items may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
